Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.</p><p><a href="https://cts.businesswire.com/ct/CT?id=smartlink&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.syringalandscape.com%2F&esheet=52817666&newsitemid=20220818005145&lan=en-US&anchor=Syringa+Landscape&index=2&md5=361c93518b055107859e3106b94e9dc7" rel="nofollow" shape="rect">Syringa Landscape</a> focuses on commercial landscape maintenance, installation, and snow removal.
